The Hari Raya CEOs Luncheon was held on June 17 with the attendance of more than 80 Member companies. During this event, the COO and Co-founder of Momentum Commerce Sdn Bhd, Eddy Yap presented a topic on “Riding the wave of e-Commerce”. He was formerly from Google, Lazada and Rakuten.
The highlights of the presentation include suggestions of making our Members indispensable to e-Commerce players such as highlighting the Consumer Protection aspects, follow-up support, etc when purchasing direct from the Direct Selling company. This will strongly encourage e-Commerce platforms to work directly with the Direct Selling industry.
Later, Edward Kwek of Tourism New Zealand gave an overview of the opportunities and benefits of choosing New Zealand as an incentive trip destination. DSAM would like to thank Tourism New Zealand for co-sponsoring this CEOs Luncheon.
