During the recent Innovation Through Programming survey, the Direct Selling Association of Malaysia (DSAM) emerged as one of the only 14 nations that achieved the highly acclaimed Gold standard rating, the highest benchmark rating awarded in this industry by World Federation of Direct Selling Associations (WFDSA).
The objective of the survey is to benchmark the current operating and organizational characteristics among member DSAs around the world in the aspects of ethics, advocacy and association services. During the World Congress gala dinner recently held in London, the DSAM was presented with a certificate, financial award as well as worldwide recognition for its effort and excellence in managing DSA.
From the results of the survey, crucial steps can then be taken to ensure that every member of DSA is brought to the highest standards of excellence.
