DSAM, together with more than 20 DSAs and representatives from WFDSA and SELDIA, participated in the WFDSA Secretaries Seminar held on 4th and 5th October in Milan, Italy. Among the highlights were the presentation of the WFDSA Scorecard which explains the latest global indicators and a session on Social Media. There were also Round Table discussions on relevant topics affecting the industry globally. Best Practices from the DSAs were later exchanged.
