DSAM attended the dinner on 31 December 2019 in Yangon with more than 40 participants from MDSA Members and non-Members. Ye Htut Naing, Director, Department of Consumer Affairs, Ministry of Commerce Myanmar (MOC) was the guest of honour. In his speech, he was pleased with the progress made by MDSA in forming the basic standards for Direct Selling in Myanmar and the industry should progress positively with the introduction of the Direct Sales Act in Myanmar in the very near future.
MDSA was officially formed in 2018 with the support provided by DSAM and currently has nine (9) member companies.
